• Design and execute an Operational Risk strategy that aligns with the company's corporate objectives, overarching strategy, and business plan.
• Provide support to the Board and management in identifying and monitoring business risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for UK and European legal entities.
• Drive the implementation and standardisation of the Operational Risk framework and reporting processes across all levels of the organisation.
• Deliver regular updates to senior management on the Operational Risk profile relative to risk appetite, offering strategic advice on risk mitigation as needed.
