​Ben joined HFG’s GI Actuarial team in 2023 following a role in the Lord Mayor of the City of London’s Private Office, where he spent over two years. Prior to working at the Lord Mayors office Ben did a short stint at the Department of Culture Media and Sport after graduating from the University of Nottingham where he read American Studies with a year abroad, based at the University of Albany. Ben made the move to HFG to explore his keen interest in the recruitment / headhunting world and develop his understanding of insurance.

Following his promotion to Consultant in March 2024, Ben has spearheaded HFG's expansion into the Risk market.

Outside of work Ben enjoys keeping fit. He currently plays rugby for Old Cranleighans and is preparing to run a triathlon in 2024.
