Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant to be based in Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our consultants in various areas of recruitment, including actuarial, risk, underwriting, data, finance, operations, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior consultants in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the insurance industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in actuarial, risk, underwriting, data, finance, operations, or IT, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with recruitment software is a plus.
