Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant to be based in Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our consultants in various areas of recruitment, including actuarial, risk, underwriting, data, finance, operations, and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior consultants in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the insurance industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in actuarial, risk, underwriting, data, finance, operations, or IT, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with recruitment software is a plus.
