Job description

A well respected Insurer is looking for Senior PMO Analyst to support the activities of the company's Group Change function. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining project documentation, tracking and reporting project performance, and ensuring the alignment of project activities with change standards and objectives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Insurance experience is preferred
  • Have solid experience of project coordination/administration.
  • Have experience of supporting programmes or projects, exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Have experience of working within a structured project management framework
  • Have knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have the ability to manage stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
  • Very good prioritisation skills to balance key priorities.
  • Be a self-starter
  • Formal project management methodology qualifications, such as PRINCE2, Agile, would be advantageous.
