Senior Pension Administrator

We have partnered with a UK bulk annuity provider to find a Senior Pensions Analyst to join their team as soon as possible. This role supports the Admin manager to maintain the outsourced administration teams and ensure it deliver excellent customer services that align with KPI and SLA requirements. The team need extra resource to support quality assurance process and managing the TPA.

The ideal candidate for this role will have good technical knowledge of defined benefits pension scheme, familiar with pension buy-ins & buy-outs and the transition process . Experience of UK pensions administration and operation is essential for this role along with being effective communicator with good problem solving and organisational skills with the ability to excel in a team environment.
