I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their Energy team.

My client is looking for a Claims Professional in the Energy space with 5+ years adjusting experience within the London Market. The portfolio will be made up of Upstream, Downstream, Midstream, Renewable and some Power Claims too. An excellent knowledge of ECF is required for this position too.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing feedback to underwriters and management on claim issues and risk information to enhance underwriting standards within the company.
• Ensuring compliance with Lloyds minimum standards and supporting underwriters and claims adjusters.
• Managing claims within company policies and service level agreements.
• Attending market meetings and conference calls as needed.
• Ensuring fair treatment of customers.
• Logging and resolving complaint-related issues in line with company policy.
• Upholding and promoting the businesses core values.
• Undertaking any additional project work as needed.
