I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking a Loss Funds Bordereaux Claims Analyst to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will have 3/4+ experience in loss funds and ideally the Delegated Claims area. A background in Bordereaux, Due Diligence and Vendor Management is preferred and my client would even look at someone on the DUA side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the collection and ongoing upkeep of due diligence information for DCAs.
  • Manage the issuance, negotiation, and ongoing maintenance of TPA service level agreements.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and management of DCA interactions with their Delegated Claims Management Platform.
  • Supervise the upkeep of the DCA Panel, including setting materiality thresholds, categorising DCAs, panel segmentation, off-panel appointments, and handling portfolio transitions.
  • Oversee the entire Claims Bordereaux process, including establishing data standards, validation, tracking, query management, and ensuring effective service delivery.
  • Manage the Loss Fund and reconciliation processes, including collaborating with Finance, completing financial controls, transitioning Loss Funds to new liquidity management solutions like Vitesse & FCP, and overseeing relevant service providers.
  • Coordinate all Delegated Claims Management oversight activities, such as tracking findings, actions, and reporting.
  • Assist in monitoring DCA performance, including developing and producing reports, attending service review meetings, tracking action points, and providing insights to Claims and Underwriting teams.
  • Contribute to the development of management information and reporting tools.
  • Participate in committees and meetings, providing updates on Delegated Claims and Loss Fund Management to relevant stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the Claims Technical Team, addressing queries and concerns to ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Support ongoing projects, continuous improvement efforts, and technology enhancements.
