Internal Auditor - Insurance

Leading Global Insurance and Reinsurer seeking an internal auditor to join this highly regarded Internal audit function that has a history of developing future talent.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior/Delivery Managers with the planning, scoping and fieldwork for each individual audit assignment including deploying analytic tools where appropriate.
• Preparation of audit working paper documentation in accordance with professional standards and GIA methodology.

Skills required:

• Insurance / Reinsurance industry experience would be a significant advantage.
• Sound understanding of core regulatory/best practice control models (Lloyds, PRA, Sox's, COSO etc.).
• This role will suit someone who is more than likely recently fully qualified, however if you are part qualified the client is very open to it as well. The client is happy to support future exams and study.
• Background experience from either external audit or internal audit within a practice firm is welcomed (Financial services or insurance client exposure)
