A leading London market insurance business are looking for a FP&A Manager to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team and will be responsible leading and delivering the annual and long-term strategic plan for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Create the annual financial plan in partnership with the business to drive future profitable growth
• Manage and communicate with the various stakeholders of the plan
• Work closely with the individuals responsible for forecasting to bring greater alignment across Finance between planning, forecasting and the analysis of actuals.
• Design and execute a rigorous planning timetable to meet deadlines
• Monitoring financial performance against identified benchmarks.
• Management and development of expense MI (monthly /quarterly) for inclusion in materials for Boards, executive management, committees and parent company

The successful candidate for this FP&A Manager role will need to come from an FP&A or business partnering background within the insurance industry, ideally within the London market. The candidate will also need to be qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
