A leading Financial Services firm is looking to hire an individual with strong Data Lineage skills to lead the roll out of the company's Data Comprehension initiative across the business and setup/manage the BAU production process. You will setup a delivery roadmap for Data Comprehension/Solidatus across all business areas. You will work with the Architecture and IT teams to design/build the appropriate structure, properties and standards needed to create an Enterprise data model that meets the requirements of the company's data strategy. Develop and maintain appropriate documentation in relation to data comprehension activities and oversee delivery of Solidatus models and provide regular feedback on success.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in financial services and an understanding of investment, insurance and pension products.
* An understanding of both data management and data governance policies and principles.
* Familiarity with Solidatus (or similar) software and the mapping of data lineage/inventory models to support business practices.
* A high level of proficiency with Data management and analysis tools (e.g., Azure data products, SQL, ETL, APIs, Power BI, DQ analysis tools, Excel etc).
* Sound report writing skills, able to appropriately select, tailor and present information to different audiences.
* Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders and able to build relationships across the organisation.
* Experience in leading/delivering projects and working to tight deadlines.
