Job description

Owing to a period of growth, a very successful insurer is currently seeking a Customer Outcomes Manager.

In this newly-created position, you will:

  • Lead consumer duty and ensure compliance across the business (products and services, price and value, consumer understanding and consumer support)
  • Chair the Customer Committee
  • Ensure oversight

The firm have an office in Essex, from which you will work 2/3 days a week, with the remainder from home.
