New Vacancy: Aviation Underwriting Assistant

I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are looking to add an underwriting assistant to their growing Aviation team.

They are looking for someone with 1-2 years adjusting experience in the Aviation class and the role will offer more underwriting authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Support underwriters in their underwriting activities
• Collaborate with the UAA team to ensure the smooth and precise handling of account administration
• Conduct statistical evaluations on new and renewed business in addition to the broader portfolio
• Communicate with brokers/clients as needed
• Handle policy-level information in the relevant underwriting systems
• Coordinate with the Exposure Management Team to conduct catastrophe modelling and aggregate analysis
• Help generate Reinsurance data
• Enhance/Streamline/Supervise work flow and administrative procedures
