HFG was established in 2002 initially with a finance desk. This division has grown consistently and now has Consultants focused on each of their respective industry verticals ensuring that they can offer informed opinion and advice specific to their area. We have excellent staff retention and our long serving team have experienced significant regulatory change and technical development.
Our team is structured to allow us to deliver a service across the full spectrum of finance positions in the insurance industry. This ranges from entry level to CFO/FD level roles and across a broad spectrum of disciplines including financial and management accounting, regulatory reporting, technical accounting and strategic finance.
