​Madeleine joined HFG as an Associate Consultant in April 2023 and after 11 months at the company, was promoted to a Consultant role within our Change & Technology team. After studying in South Africa, she spent the last 8 years building her franchise business. A real passion for people, Madeleine has been keen to build a career in recruitment and thinks the environment and skillset required is ideally suited for her. She is eager to develop her knowledge in insurance and continue in a client facing role.

Outside of work Madeleine is very family orientated, growing up with three older brothers. This led to an interest in competitive sport, whilst she likes to keep active and try out new restaurants in her spare time.
