Claims Operations Analyst

HFG have partnered with a leading and prestigious Lloyd’s Syndicate, to assist with their search for a Claims Operations Analyst, focusing predominantly on MI.

The Claims Operations Analyst will design, produce and analyse key Claims MI and reporting for the Claims Department and larger business.

Duties include:

  • Produce board and committee reporting
  • Produce and coordinate all Claims MI and reporting
  • Build out the Groups strategic MI tools, in conjunction with relevant departments
  • Analyse data and provide formal insight to senior management
  • Support the data needs of key projects and initiatives
  • Manage regulator data related returns
  • Proactively seek out and document MI and reporting requirements
  • Design new MI and reports

A strong background with MI and Reporting is required, specifically within Lloyd’s. 2+ years minimum within a Claims environment preferred.
