We have partnered with a speciality re-insurer to find them a Risk Manager to support their wider Enterprise Risk Management function. The role reports directly into the Head of ERM and will assist in the identification, assessment and reporting of key risks. Responsibilities include but are not limited too:

• Support the Head of ERM in enhancing and maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Assist in drafting high-quality risk reports, including ORSAs and CRO reports for the Executive and Board Risk Committee.
• Coordinate and facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) across various business areas, ensuring risks and key controls are effectively assessed and documented.
• Collaborate with key functions such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Compliance, and Operations to embed ERM tools, processes, and initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework, identifying and implementing enhancements.
