We are working with a leading general insurance company to recruit a Risk Analyst to support their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function. Reporting to the Risk Manager, this role will help identify, assess, and monitor risks across the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development and maintenance of the ERM Framework.

• Assisting with risk reporting for senior management and Board Committees.

• Coordinating Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs).

• Supporting scenario analysis, stress testing, and regulatory reporting.

• Providing risk insight to help drive informed decision-making.
