We have partnered with a speciality (re)insurer to find them Reserving Manager to join a small team. This is a great opportunity for someone from a personal lines background to step in and see more of the London Market. The role includes but is not limited to:

• Working closely with The Head of Reserving, managing calculations ahead of sign-off.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of the reserving transformation projects.
• Assisting in regulatory reporting through coordination with Finance,.
• The opportunity to manage junior members of the team.
• Collaborating closely with underwriting, reinsurance, finance and claims to produce reserving results.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a small team, while remaining actively involved in projects and transformation initiatives.
