We have partnered with a specialty insurer to find them a reserving actuary to join their team and be a fundamental part in supporting their reserving function. This role includes but is not limited to:

• Support of and liaising with pricing/underwriting/claims teams on a regular basis.
• Preparation of reserving information to inform management and support underwriting teams
• Working closely with the Deputy Head of Reserving
• Assessment of the reserve risk parameters for reserve risk for the internal capital mode
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills
• Exposure to all levels of seniority

Minimum Requirements:

• Full UK working rights
• 3 + years GI Reserving experience
