We have partnered with a prominent insurer to recruit a highly skilled Pricing Actuary specialising in bespoke credit and political risk classes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the underwriting team to develop sophisticated models that accurately capture key risks and reflect the underlying risk of various deals. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining the pricing models for bespoke credit and political risk insurance products.
• Working closely with underwriters to understand the specifics of each deal, ensuring that the pricing models accurately reflect the associated risks.
• Conducting detailed data analysis to identify trends, correlations and other insights that inform pricing strategies.
• Communicating findings, model changes, and risk assessments effectively to underwriters, management, and other stakeholders.
