A specialist Insurance firm is looking to hire a Head of MI & Data Analytics to manage and lead the central analytics team. You will coordinate all day-to-day dataflows & MI and their associated systems, leading process automation and ad hoc system & data projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· You will have significant experience of Lloyds data & reporting, & wider KPI and performance reporting.
· Have experience of managing a Data Warehouse and underlying systems (UW, RI, Delegated
etc), including the Data Governance framework.
· Have strong Knowledge of the Actuarial and Finance reporting processes.
· Have strong team management skills.
· Excellent communication & presentation skills to a broad range of stakeholders.
· Have ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment, quickly identifying and solving problems.
