​Tong is a dedicated professional who graduated with a BSc in Actuarial Science and an MSc in Mathematical Studies. His career at HFG Insurance Recruitment began in 2013, where he started as a researcher and heavily involved in establishing the Asia desk at the London office. 

Tong is now based in Singapore as Director where he is responsible for overseeing HFG’s Singapore operations while specialising in Actuarial recruitment across the A-PAC region. With a deep commitment to his work, Tong continues to grow and learn in the field of Actuarial recruitment and build on his 10 years of experience in the market.
