​George joined HFG’s Underwriting, Claims, and Broking team in 2025 after four years of international ERP recruitment, focusing on the D365, SAP, and Oracle markets. Starting his career as an Associate, George quickly progressed to Senior Consultant, developing his skills in sourcing top talent.

Motivated by a desire for more face-to-face interaction, George transitioned into the London insurance market, where he now focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates in the Lloyd’s market.

Having grown up working on his family farm, George values hard work and dedication, which he brings to his recruitment career.

Outside of work, George enjoys staying active through MMA, climbing, and the gym. He also enjoys traveling and socialising with friends.
