A London Insurance Syndicate is looking for a IT operations Manager, responsibly for the day-to-day delivery of the business's outsourced IT and security services. Including managing technology vendors. overseeing control frameworks and implementing new processes.

Responsibilities:

-Management of core. outsourced IT services contract

-Project management, with an internal focus on Blueprint 2

-On site IT support and triage of issues prior to escalation to the relevant supplier

-Ongoing development of governance and controls around IT and data

-Auditor (both internal and external) liaison and response

Experience/Qualifications:

-Experience within the insurance market is an advantage

-The ability to collaborate and develop trusted working relationships with stakeholders and other team members

-A keen focus on accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail

-Highly numerate and clear communicator

-strong analytical and problem-solving skills
