A leading Insurance firm is looking to hire a permanent Business Analyst to drive all aspects of change projects, involving and liaising with the business on the one hand and the IT on the other and be a single point of contact for these services. You will interact with senior-level business stakeholders, helping with business process change and design and maintain a high quality support service to them. You will drive the design and solutions of application components as part of run and build projects, as well as co-ordinate and oversee the work of developer and testing resources on multiple projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Business Analysis in the Insurance sector, preferably London market / Commercial Insurance
• Exposure to Policy and Claims Admin solutions
• Exposure to the full IT project lifecycle: project initiation through to implementation
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organisational skills
• Strategic thinker that can apply sound judgement to arrive at effective decisions
• Good people skills and a flexible approach when dealing with business users and project team individuals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high numeracy skills
