A fast-growing Insurance company is looking for a Business Analyst to liaison between business units and project teams by facilitating discussion to solve business problems with effective and efficient solutions while satisfying the project goals and objectives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· Ideally have 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
· Good knowledge of London Market and/or insurance business is preferred
· Have the ability to build strong working relationships with multiple key stakeholders
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Have the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
· Have good knowledge of IT such that issues can be fixed locally and more complex issues escalated to relevant external/outsourced parties.
· Self-motivated and pro-active with results orientation.
