Vicky was promoted to Director: Hong Kong in November 2023 and alongside managing HFG's Hong Kong operation, focuses on running the Finance, Operations, Transformation & Data desks. Vicky is Malaysian and is a highly driven invididual, enthusiastic about both building and nurturing relationships. She possesses six years experience in recruitment and is a qualified accountant herself, having worked with the big 4 accounting firms (i.e. Deloitte Malaysia).

Vicky enjoys being a specialist within the insurance market and believes in taking a consultative and honest approach when working with both her clients and candidates. She is passionate about continuous learning and strong performance, and really enjoys working with a small team of 2-3 people where her team is based in Hong Kong. Vicky is a yoga enthusiast and also loves to run, read a good book and travel.
