Katie is an Associate Director at HFG and focuses on running the Interim Finance desk for the business. She comes from a background within Insurance and Professional Services recruitment, spanning almost 10 years. She joined the business in 2016 and quickly established herself in the Lloyd’s and London Market space. She is a highly driven individual and is very enthusiastic about building and nurturing relationships.

She enjoys the fast pace of the interim market, and believes in taking a consultative and honest approach when working with both her clients and candidates. Katie is passionate about continuous learning and strong performance, and really enjoys working with wider members of the business on training and development. She is a keen netballer and also loves to ski, sail and travel.
