Bertie Hayward joined HFG’s Underwriting, Claims, and Broking team in December 2022 after graduating from Birmingham City University with a degree in Business Management. Since starting at HFG as an Associate Consultant, Bertie’s dedication and drive have led to two promotions — first to Consultant in March 2024 and most recently to Senior Consultant in November 2024.

Bertie has a strong interest in the recruitment industry and is committed to advancing his skills within the insurance sector, particularly in building his knowledge of the Lloyd’s market. Outside of work, he pursues a successful DJing career, a passion that began during university. Alongside his love for music, Bertie enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with friends.
