Archie joined HFG's Finance division in April 2024 following over four years’ work within insurance recruitment. Archie spent a year on the Underwriting, Claims and Broking side where he was focused on headhunting London Market candidates and recruiting across the Market. Following this, he spent over three years focussing on the finance market where he managed to gain a large and growing network of candidates and clients who he continues to work with on a day to day basis.

Outside of work Archie likes to socialise with friends, play football and go to the gym.
