Senior Internal Auditor – General Insurance – London

Within this well-respected growing business as the Senior Internal Auditor you will be working closely with the Senior Manager to plan and deliver operational and financial audits, present findings in accordance with the department’s quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include: (but not limited to):

  • Working independently or as part of an integrated team delivering high quality commercially focused internal audits across the Group
  • Reporting on findings and negotiating management actions to mitigate identified business, operational or control risks;

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate experience of:

  • Previous experience within an Internal; or External Audit environment
  • Working to challenging time-lines;
  • Worked within a business experiencing transformational change
  • Ability to communicate conceptually detailed and complex information effectively and professionally with a wide range of people;
  • Chartered level accountancy or internal audit qualification (CPA, CA, CIA, CIIA) or equivalent
  • Insurance or wider Financial Services sector experience
