HFG have partnered with a UK insurer to assist with their search for a new regional sales director to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a a sales manager or similar experience to join a team which will run sales and broker performance for the region and deal with the strategic account across the country.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and plans, manage sales pipelines and performance against sales targets.
  • Identify performance improvements and lead engagement where there is a need.

Key requirements

  • The ability to coach and develop less experienced team members.
  • Sales experience required.
  • Willingness to work remote.
