Quality Manager – Insurance

A leading Insurance company in the city is looking to hire a Quality Manager to deliver quality management and quality assurance services, covering a full spectrum of IT delivery and management. This includes providing oversight of the system documentation produced and maintained by the IT delivery functions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience of Agile working, toolset and implementing agile testing on projects.
  • Deep technical understanding of testing, quality assurance and release management gained through experience of leading a test and quality team on a large programme.
  • Extensive experience in resource and workload management
  • Industry awareness to identify improvement opportunities and implement them across the services and processes incorporated within the domain.
  • Excellent IT, commercial, contract, partner management knowledge and experience, particularly in leading third parties and outsourced services
  • Knowledge of ISO standards including 9001, 27001, 20000, 38500
  • Knowledge of control frameworks ITIL and Cobit.
