A world-wide Insurance leader, with an established presence in the London Market, is looking for an Investment Accounting Manager to join their expanding team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing the perfect opportunity for an Investment Accounting Manager to develop their experience in the accounting and reporting of investment portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the maintenance of accurate accounting records and operational processing of the group's entities and investment portfolio

• Ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of all the requirements of all relevant and external stakeholders

• Liaising with the senior management of both Investment & Treasury and Finance Operations Teams.
• To own, manage and develop the internal investment data warehouse and Finance MI systems ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the inputs and outputs.
• Solvency II investment reporting

The role is looking for an ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified accountant with experience post-qualification, looking to use their expertise in Investment products, general ledger and finance systems. Confidence in dealing with senior executives and management, as well as strong leadership qualities is highly advantageous in the role, and experience in insurance absolutely essential.
