Accounts Assistant – Insurance

A leading player in the Lloyd’s of London market is currently looking for a Accounts Assistant to support their finance team.

As a Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing cash and credit card expenses to ensure they are compliant with the corporate policy
  • Prepare monthly corporate credit card reconciliations for multiple entities
  • Prepare cash payments on a daily basis
  • Supporting month end Accounts Payable close process, relative to balance sheet and vendor account reconciliations
  • Assist with internal and external audit queries regarding Accounts Payable and expenses

Experience working in a similar role for an Insurance company is extremely desirable for this Accounts Assistant position. Proficient Excel skills are required for this Accounts Assistant position with knowledge of Concur or SAP highly desired.
