3rd Line Technical Support Analyst

A growing IT Service Supplier is looking to hire a 3rd Line Technical Support Analyst who has a consultative approach and can deliver a five-star service to their valued customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work as part of the Service Desk team and independently
  • Assist with the management of projects including domain / office 365 migrations
  • Consulting with customers on projects
  • system
  • Deliver above and beyond on SLA’s
  • Provide responsive on-site & remote support to a 3rd line level
  • Develop a high-level understanding of our core products
  • Gain a high-level understanding of our customers and their specific requirements
  • Accurately record necessary information into our Service Desk

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in excellent customer service
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Server Operating System knowledge (2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019)
  • Excellent Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems knowledge (7, 8 and 10)
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure, Amazon AWS)
  • Experience of Virtualization solutions (Hyper-V and VMware)
  • VoIP Telephony solutions (3CX ideally)
  • Experience of Microsoft Office 365 core products & migrations
  • Backup technologies (Veeam ideally)
  • Experience of Firewalls and general Networking (FortiGate ideally)
  • Experience of Remote Monitoring and Management Systems (RMM)

Do you have a proactive and preventative approach to delivering technical solutions? With previous 3rd line experience and a genuine passion for managing domain and Office 365 migrations with Networking & Server knowledge and exposure to FortiGate firewalls a big plus.
