Financial Accountant position analysing and reviewing costs and outcomes working closely with the Head of Finance working within a growing insurance brokerage business with its accounts team based in Essex.
Role reports into Head of Finance.
The ideal candidate will have: –
- Gained significant experience within the insurance industry working as a financial accountant or other part-qualified or qualified position
- an AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or be almost qualified
- Purchase Ledger / invoices received / reconciliations
- Sales Ledger / monthly invoicing
- Bank Accounts processing / reconciliations / maintain information and analysis
- Month-end balance sheet reconciliations for accruals and prepayments / maintaining fixed asset register / reconciliations
- Year-end additional analysis and finalisation of P&L.
