A insurance business based in the city are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join their finance department to oversee the AP/AR/Credit Control functions and maintain the daily running of the finance operations department.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage all accounting operations including AR, AP, GL and Cash Management.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Manage Credit Control function
• Implementing new finance systems
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and report variances
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting for the Hubs and Branches.
• Manage Finance staff in the team
• Additional controller duties as necessary

The successful candidate for this Finance Manager role will need previous experience working in a finance operations function with a good understanding of AR/AP/CC functions. The candidate must also have previous process improvement experience and have experience managing a team
