A global Insurance group based in an exclusive City location are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join them on a 6 month interim basis.
This Finance Operations Manager role will bridge the gap between the Finance and HR functions and will require in depth payroll and tax knowledge. You will be setting up and documenting clear processes, reconciling balances and potentially leading on a pension related project.
This Finance Operations role will require strong relationship management skills and the ability to mentor junior members of the team. Intermediate Excel and prior transformation experience advantageous. Financial Services background preferred.
