Compliance Business Partner(s)

Our client is one of the largest Insurance Managing Agencies in the world. The compliance function has recently been through a large restructure and on the back of this the client has created new roles within the function. These roles are Compliance Business Partners. 

The role will be paying £45,000 – £60,000 depending on candidate experience. Insurance experience is essential for these roles and Lloyd’s experience would be advantageous. 

The role offers a great deal of opportunity. The entire business is currently going through a huge amount of change to adapt to current market conditions and losses from last year. The compliance function is also going through significant changes and for anyone looking to join this business, you will find yourself involved in multiple ongoing projects, leading certain projects and helping to design and enbed new plans, controls, procedures and policies. The overall compliance team, relative to it’s peers, is huge. You will have a lot of support and experience behind you.

The ideal candidates will be currently working within an insurance business at Compliance Analyst, Assistant, Business Partner (primarily brokers structure) or Compliance Advisor level depending on how your current team is structured. 

You will own certain business units, you Will become the subject matter expert within these business units and also a subject matter expert on various compliance topics. This may be, but not limited to, conduct, financial crime, PRA or FCA compliance.

Your job will be to engage with all seniors within the Group Compliance Function, engage with local compliance officers in our clients European hubs and to engage with senior stakeholders within the business such as experience underwriters or Heads of Desks.
