Client Initiative Manger

HFG have partnered with one of the global top reinsurers to help them find an insurance product expert to join their client solutions team and an initiative manager. 

About the role:
This role will be responsible for solutions delivery

  • Ideation, development, and execution of new or innovative initiatives that solve client pain points across the customer value chain. 
  • Manage the triage process, business case pipeline, and reporting/presentation required internally and externally (client facing).
  • Prepare and present case studies, sharing material and marketing pitches to both internal and external clients.

About you:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience
  • Project leadership skills and capabilities.
  • Experience in the APAC market is preferred 
  • Strong fundamentals in project management
  • Able to speak and write fluently in English, Mandarin would also be an asset
  • Background in actuarial / insurance product design is preferred
