Position – Claims Analyst
Location – London
Reporting line – Claims Operations Manager
To assist the claims team with non-technical and process support. The role will have a focus on claims processing, data analysis and MI reporting. The role will also involve the handling of claims on some non-lead accounts including various run-off lines.
To assist the Claims Operations manager in providing support to the technical claims functions
Processing and management of group claims from automatic and manual bordereaux’s
Support the claims team in respect of management of external TPAs to include receipt and upload of bordereaux’s into the clients Systems, management of accounts, reconciliation of data etc.
Management of transactional London market bureaux claims in Openco and ILU/CLASS.
