2012 – HFG’s first entry in the Recruiter Hot 100 List.

2013  HFG achieved the ISO 9001 accreditation for the first time – and have held it ever since.

This certification is particularly important for HFG as by completing the assessment process, we have improved business efficiency and adopted quality management systems ultimately improving the service that we deliver to our internal and external stakeholders.

In addition to winning a number of awards, HFG continues to partner with organisations within the recruitment industry ensuring that best practice, training and methodologies are kept up to date.

APSCo

The Associated Professional Staffing Company (APSCo) is a membership body for the staffing industry supporting agencies with training and representing the industry to promote it as a professional and influential sector. HFG has been a member of APSCo since 2012 with its Director Mark Dainty volunteering as a Chair of the Finance Sector for a term; strengthening our partnership and leading the sector in terms of relevant issues and challenges.

HFG are also keen supporters of Recruitment International.

For more than 25 years RI has provided a portfolio of products and services that has helped recruiters and their companies to be more successful.  This includes bespoke annual reports and guides,  a growing social media offering, searchable online directories, job boards and the leading online digital monthly magazine.

The strength of the HFG brand is not only based upon years of collaboration and relationship building with our clients and candidates; but also by the partnerships that we share with the Insurance industry and media.

HFG have had a long term partnership with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries; attending and speaking at a number of conferences throughout the year, and also sponsor events and publications run by leading insurance media publication The Insurance Insider.

IFoA

HFG also have a longstanding relationship with the The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) and attend their annual conferences up to 5 times a year. The IFoA conferences provide significant opportunities for HFG to offer recruitment advice and support to the Insurance industry as well as a chance to meet up with candidates and clients. Directors and senior management are also active participants in speaking at IFoA events and sponsoring seminars.

The Insurance Insider is the insurance news organisation of the global wholesale, specialty and reinsurance industry. Their team has longstanding relationships with key players in the Insurance market, and their publications and events have become permanent fixtures on the (re)insurance calendar.
